Our Legacy: Since 2014
Nayak Samrat Films Production Private Limited is a premier Indian media conglomerate specializing in high-impact Hindi and regional content. Founded on January 31, 2014, under the visionary leadership of our Founder & Director, Mr. Hriday Nayak, we have evolved from a creative production house into a full-scale digital entertainment powerhouse.
Our Milestones & Journey

  • 2014-2015: Started with social-themed cinema and corporate promotions for industry giants like Ansh Enterprises (MRF & CEAT Tyres partner).
  • 2016-2017: Executed major brand campaigns for NORA Life Care and Let’s On Light. Produced “Swachhta – Ek Pahel,” broadcast on multiple national channels. Our films “Aakhir Kyu” and “Cashless” were recognized in the Women Transforming India 2017 contest.
  • 2018-2019: Produced the hit Bhojpuri singing reality show “Chal Baliye Sur Kshetra Me” for Mahua Plus TV.
  • 2020-2022: Officially incorporated as Nayak Samrat Films Production Private Limited with Mrs. Anupama Jaiswal joining as Director. We launched DEKHO TV and secured our Trademark (Class 41) on Oct 2, 2022.
  • 2023-2024: Expanded our music wing with high-budget projects featuring famous artists like Gauri Nagori, releasing hit content in Hindi, Punjabi, Haryanvi, and Bhojpuri.
  • 2025-Present: Expanded into print media with RNI Registration (No: DLBIL/25/A3600). We now publish the monthly News Magazine “DEKHO ONGROUND” alongside our digital channel, DEKHO TV News.

The New Era of DEKHO TV OTT
To provide a more seamless experience, we have transitioned our OTT operations to a fully In-House Technology Team. Moving away from third-party developers, the upgraded DEKHO TV OTT is now directly owned, managed, and published by Nayak Samrat Films Production Private Limited from our new digital home: nayaksamratfilms.com.
